Amara builds level 72.
Amara has very very little +gun damage in her skills compared to the other vault hunters. That's why you're going to make up for it with +250% phasecast or +300% phaseslam on your guns. This is key. That anointment + the big passives on your class mod should seriously increase your damage.

Playstyle. This Spiritual Driver Movement Speed build takes advantage of the effects of the Spiritual Driver Class Mod. By repeatedly using Action Skills, it is possible to maintain a small self-inflicted Damage-Over-Time effect at all times. This damage is used in combination with the Mindfulness skill to generate large amounts of movement speed.
