It's a big room, perhaps with columns to hide behind, when you step in you choose a faction and their starting levels, then they appear in wave after wave and you kill them. It ends when you die, or the time runs out or you hit the "stop" button. No reward or punishment, maybe an in-dojo weekly leaderboard.
