All incomming calls to SXM from US to a local rental cell phone are free to the receiver. Verizon only works on the Durtch side and runs around 1.29 a min. If you are using WIFI at a resort your charges include the access with out any need of phone charges.Soualigia Lounge at SXM airport. This was a great way to spend time before our flight. This lounge was in the US Airways terminal at Princess Julianna airport. For 20.00 each, you get a comfortable setting, free snacks, soft drinks and wine - newspapers, and free wifi.
