Now I started a new game and I choosed Underwheight, 2 weeks later I am on 69 Kg and I dont stop eating... how can I gain more weight... Im eating meat Stews, ice cream, chips, soda.

You can be "very well fed" on low calorie food and still lose weight. All in all, "Obese" should be max 6 points and "Overweight" max 4, or even less.
