In Secret Totem Grid (one chalice, fun level too), you get four seeds around the hills in the lower left, if you do a four merge, the one remaining will be counted as created. Play that twice. You don't need to play twice. :) move the bush to the top set, to leave you a bush. move the leftover bush to the four combo.

What I have done for the last handful of Radiant Grass requests is have out a handful of ponds all the time. This helps a bit with the Midas chain too, about two or so level 2's per longish work day. Depending on how often you can turn to the device and merge the tuffs, plus get rid of the blocking dragon mess.
