For fun and good roll catching i sugest giant hunt the angle/lag sometimes makes it not hit, but if they spam roll after getting hit you can catch them very consistently ... so you can have a sacred godskin peeler with giant hunt with no drawbacks even though giant hunt is inherently heavy as long as you have the whetblade for holy infusion ...

But it’s arguable two handing the peeler can give same effect since you can get it to like 110 blood loss w say bloody slash w/ blood affinity. Specifically, pairing the Godskin Peeler and Eleonora's Poleblade makes for some particularly bloody results (literally).
Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87). Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO. I'm 40 Dex and 27 Arcane now.Godskin peeler gets S scaling in occult.
