You kind of need Smithing Perks Overhaul if you want WACCF and CCOR to function correctly. Luckily, the "new tree" option of SPO is largely similar to Simon's smithing tree. It has perks for crafting and perks for improving. SimonRim is the way to go IMO for most of them, especially Adamant + Hand to Hand. Combining Lockpicking and Pickpocket into one perk makes it so you actually can invest in pickpocket without too much concern, since it's a total waste in vanilla I do like some of the Enai versions more, as some do feel more impactful like Wintersun vs Pilgrim.
