necro has no hope for pvp this patch. There is a long list of issues and its surprising that the choice they made to throw it a bone was to buff the skull. Ill never understand the balance choices. Like sometimes things look good on paper but perform terribly in game. But even comparing the class side by side with others you can see issues.
